This puzzle may look like an impossible object, so unusual is the disassembling method. The complete design can be seen in Stewart Coffin's Puzzling World of Polyhedral Dissections. The Squirrel cage is the design with 24 identical pieces.

The Arjeu version has a ball inside the cage.
