I eventually found the info, thanks to Alain Zalmanski, who has the same one in his collection.
The puzzle is called Rose, and was designed by Oskar van Deventer.

Here is Franklin Gonsalves' Enigma. A framed burr inside another frame, itself inside a third frame !
